Areas of research: Effect of diet on risk factors for chronic disease, dietary risk factors for heart disease in Asian countries, mechanisms of dietary fat in the non-fasting state (post-prandial lipemia) and heart disease risk.

Areas of interest: Developing nutritional data base for Asian countries, motivation and compliance with dietary guidelines.
